Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Define and own content pillars and a unified, multi‑channel content strategy for a high‑growth B2B SaaS company. Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business priorities, create briefs, and prepare planning documents to drive high‑quality content production. Execute and iterate on SEO strategy across traditional search and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI overviews). Conduct keyword research, identify high‑impact opportunities, and track performance to share actionable insights. Improve site health, crawlability, indexation, site structure, and core web vitals. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues. Write and optimize content (~30% hands‑on), run content audits, and identify gaps and opportunities. Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align content with company goals. Collaborate with content contributors and guide output quality. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy with a proven track record of driving organic growth in B2B SaaS or fintech environments. Recent experience within the past 12 months is required. Experience developing content strategies across multiple channels. Strong working knowledge of technical SEO. Ability to analyze performance data and transform it into actionable insights. Strong writing and editing skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity and owning execution. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally. Interest in growing into a people‑management role. Nice to Have Experience in tax, accounting, or financial services. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot. Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or programmatic SEO. Exposure to AI‑powered content or search workflows.
