Tourmaline Oil Corp. is Canada’s largest natural gas producer and a leading operator in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production, and acquisition program. We are currently seeking a Drilling Administrator to join our Calgary office. Reporting to the Manager, Drilling Operations, the Drilling Administrator plays a key role in supporting drilling operations through regulatory administration, data management, invoice processing, and operational coordination. This is a full-time, office-based position with occasional after-hours support required for time-sensitive operational activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit regulatory applications, notifications, and compliance documentation. Coordinate required reporting and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements. Maintain well records, operational databases, and electronic documentation. Manage filing systems, SharePoint content, and distribution of operational information. Process field tickets and invoices, verify supporting documentation, and resolve discrepancies. Liaise with vendors and support invoice-related processes and training. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, contractor records, and PPE requirements. Assist with training materials, team events, and general administrative support for the Drilling Operations team. Perform other administrative and operational support duties as required. Qualifications 1–5 years of administrative, operations support, or oil and gas industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Wellview, OpenInvoice, or similar industry systems is considered an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
