As ourMarketing Automation Specialist,you'llown the infrastructure that makes that connection happen at scale, complementing the 1:1 work our Enrolment Advisors do to build relationships one conversation at a time. Your job is to make sure prospective learners have the information, the touchpoints, and the confidence they need to take the next step, whether that means applying or simply reaching out to learn more.You'llwork in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as your primary tools. Whatyou'lldo Design and build multi-stage email journeys thatare informed by andreflect how adult learnersmake decisions,creatingmuch of the content yourself. Translate strategy into working automations in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, managing segmentation, data extensions, and dynamic personalization. Monitor lead flow and data hygiene in Salesforce CRM. Run A/B tests, build performance dashboards, and use data to makestrategicdecisions. Keep all campaigns compliant with CASL and PIPEDA, with audit-ready consent documentation. Whatwe'relooking for You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions. SFMC certification or clear demonstrable experience. You'reastrong writer, able to craft nurture sequences, subject lines, and campaign copy that meetsprospective learners where they are. You have a solid understanding of Canadian privacy and anti-spam legislation and apply it confidently to campaign execution, consent management, and data stewardship. You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are genuinely curious about where the technology is headed. Curious aboutand/oralreadyfamiliar with the adult learner decision journey. You'recomfortable with HTML and CSS for template work and troubleshooting,AMPscriptfor dynamic content and personalization, and SQL for segmentation and data work within SFMC.
