Salary: $20.50 per hour Job type: Full‑time, permanent (35 hours per week) Job Duties Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff at the store. Prepare their work schedules/shifts and assign them job duties. Inform sales personnel and customers about telecommunication contracts, promotional offers, best deals/discounts and cell phone plans. Keep a check on inventory level of cell phones and accessories to avoid over stocking or under stocking. Attend customers and perform sales to gain more business. Maintain a record of payments received; cash, checks and credit card payments from customers. Resolve client complaints and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate flow of information. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Job Requirements Completion of high school education is required. Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
