Senior Enterprise Sales Leader Avanade is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to drive large-scale mainframe migration and modernization initiatives across global markets. You will operate as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and board‑level leaders, helping clients modernize legacy platforms while delivering measurable business outcomes related to cost, risk, resilience, and innovation. AI Architect As an AI architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts. Complete pricing, using standard solution architecture processes, methods, estimating, and modelling tools to drive quality and minimize time to solution through process and reuse. Understand and leverage different Pricing Models and work with Sales Leads to articulate deal pricing. Ensuring a deal is both winnable and deliverable, mitigating potential risks. Cloud Resiliency Architect Introduction: The Cloud Resiliency Architect will support customers through focused technical engagements aimed at improving the reliability, continuity, and recoverability of their cloud environments. The architect will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure with a strong command of disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resiliency processes, including the design and evaluation of Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs). About the role: Assess the resiliency posture of customer environments from both technical and operational perspectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of disaster recovery (DR) plans, business continuity (BC) strategies, and Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs). Conduct in-depth technical analysis of cloud infrastructure, application dependencies, observability configurations, and failover capabilities. Review and enhance MIRPs, including escalation protocols, incident communication plans, recovery sequencing, and impact containment strategies. Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure across workloads and operational processes. Recommend improvements aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework, SRE principles, and ITIL practices. Engage customer teams to understand RTO/RPO targets, recovery workflows, and coordination models for major incidents. Deliver professional, customer-facing documentation summarizing technical findings and process maturity recommendations. Location: Canada Travel: Up to 40‑50%, depending on engagement. Associate Manager – Power BI Architect What You’ll Do: Design and deliver end‑to‑end Power BI and Fabric‑enabled analytics solutions, including semantic models, datasets, reports, and dashboards aligned to client business objectives. Define Power BI and Microsoft Fabric architectural patterns that support scalability, performance, security, and self‑service analytics. Serve as the Power BI technical lead within a project workstream, contributing to solution quality and delivery success. Design optimized data models using Power BI, Fabric semantic models, DAX, SQL, and dimensional modeling best practices. Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipelines) and collaborate with data engineering teams on ingestion, transformation, and refresh strategies. Implement governance, security (including row‑level security), deployment, and lifecycle management practices aligned with enterprise and Fabric tenant standards. Communicate architecture decisions and trade‑offs clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Mentor and support Power BI developers and analysts through design guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
