Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Communications (Media & Brand Content) You will assist the Chief Communications Officer in driving the Hospital’s corporate communications role, particularly in brand strategy and management, with a view to reinforce SGH’s position as one of the world’s top-ranked hospitals and a preferred choice for patients, partners, and talent. You are responsible for stewarding and strengthening the SGH brand across the organisation. This role provides strategic counsel on brand position, narrative, and governance, ensuring consistency, and credibility across all touchpoints. You must demonstrate the ability to think holistically about the brand at a macro level, while remaining detail-oriented in execution and governance. You will need to adapt to changing situations and audiences, drive impactful narratives that enhance brand presence locally and regionally. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Contribute to brand strategy, positioning, narrative, and stewardship across SGH Enforce brand guidelines, approval frameworks, and quality standards Contribute to brand-building activities including supporting corporate visits, etc Support the Assistant Director, Communications, in oversight of SGH’s image, media management and publicity, and to ensure consistent communications messaging across all brand touchpoints and inform ongoing response strategies to emerging issues based on public/online sentiments Plan and support internal stakeholders on events and other assigned projects including advice on protocol for Guest-of-Honour and VIPs and liaison with external vendors, if required Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the service areas of the department Attends and serves on committees to support communication projects and plans Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements Degree in a relevant discipline (Communications/Marketing/Business Administration), with 2 years of experience in brand, marketing or communications Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong judgement in complex environments, and are comfortable with ambiguity and change Highly organised, discipline and able to manage multiple priorities Strong sense of ownership and pride in the work they do #J-18808-Ljbffr
