Salary Range CA$100,000.00 – CA$140,000.00 AnnuallyPosition Manager, Process Applications – Eco‑Tec Inc.DescriptionOversee the Process and Applications teams, fostering a collaborative, responsive, and productive environment to deliver high‑value process solutions aligned with company goals.Align existing and new process technology solutions with market opportunities by actively seeking customer feedback and staying abreast of market trends.Set high‑quality standards for process engineering designs for separation solutions, ensuring profitable business outcomes while managing risk.Prepare and submit accurate, timely proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements and support booking prospects in line with company strategy.What You Will Do Leadership ResponsibilitiesMaximize team contributions by leveraging strengths and providing mentoring, training, and development.Delegate responsibilities to effectively utilize team members and other resources.Identify, analyze, and resolve challenges within the role’s scope.Conduct performance evaluations and proactively motivate direct reports in accordance with company values.Prepare, adhere to, and control departmental budgets.Establish, document, and continually improve departmental processes, tools, and methods.Specific ResponsibilitiesResearch and evaluate opportunities to provide differentiated, value‑added process technology solutions, including extensive customer interaction.Consult and coordinate process engineering and technology input with other departments such as Sales, Technical Service, and Systems Engineering.Provide final approval of proposals, equipment selection, costing, and engineering drawings such as PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment layouts.Approve and develop implementation programs for value analysis and innovation projects in partnership with Systems Engineering.Review client specifications in RFQs with Systems Engineering, prioritizing necessary testing or piloting on a case‑by‑case basis.Manage the new technology/product introduction process through to successful implementation.Lead major process design development, optimization, and standardization efforts.Basic QualificationsChemical Engineering degree.5–10 years of experience with industrial process equipment applications.1–5 years of experience leading teams responsible for system application engineering.Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking, and executional leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Power Automate, or Power BI.What Will Put You AheadExperience with ion exchange and complementary process separation technologies.Experience with chemical process simulation software.P.
