Job Details Job ID: Store Name/Number: ON‑Fairview Park Kitchener (0554) Address: 2960 Kingsway Drive, Kitchener, ON N2C 1X1, Canada (CA) Employment Type: Full Time Position Type: Regular Vacancy Status: This position is for an existing, open vacancy Responsibilities Lead the people and operational functions of the store, overseeing staffing and zoning, training and onboarding of Beauty Advisors, store scheduling, and execution of Sephora’s operational standards. Conduct final interviews for all key positions and use the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates. Manage all training-related functions, develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in partnership with Education partners. Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time‑off requests, and manage payroll to ensure accurate, timely payment. Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports, oversee performance management for the entire store, and provide timely feedback. Ensure all store operations meet company standards, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, and cycle counts. Demonstrate strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to serve as a subject‑matter expert. Qualifications 2‑4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (or equivalent internal experience). Prior experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles. Proven ability to create high‑performing teams and identify in‑store talent for career development. Strong composure, courage, and confidence for difficult conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence partners at all levels. Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Location & Availability On‑site: work at the specified store location. Must be available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Base salary range: CAD 54,800.00 – CAD 68,500.00.
