Security Program Manager - Full Time - Seneca PolytechnicSite:All Seneca Polytechnic Campus (North York, York, King, Peterborough)Hours:Monday to Friday - (hours flexible based on operational needs)As Security Program Manager, you will serve as Paladin's dedicated on-site representative at Seneca Polytechnic — embedded across campuses and acting as the primary point of accountability between Paladin and the institution. Beyond day-to-day oversight of security operations, personnel, and compliance, this role is fundamentally proactive: you will continuously monitor service delivery across all Seneca campuses, identify gaps, and bring forward ideas that drive optimization and operational improvement within Paladin's service technology framework and in alignment with industry best practices.Core ResponsibilitiesSupervise full-time, part-time, and casual security personnel across campusesManage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverageOversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and disciplineEnsure compliance with procedures, legal authorities, policies, and contract requirementsConduct site visits to assess service delivery and resolve operational issuesAct as primary liaison with client and internal stakeholders; address concerns and provide solutionsLead incident response, investigations, and reporting, including client disclosureAdminister guard tour systems, personnel records, and licensing complianceManage leave requests and coordinate staffing with head officeOversee security operations for special events and high-profile locationsTrack KPIs and support continuous improvement of training and service deliveryPromote safety, accountability, and professionalism across all campusesWhat you bring3-5+ years in security with supervisory responsibilityPost-secondary diploma or degree in a related fieldOntario Class G license with a reliable means of transportationKnowledge of Trespass to Property Act (Ontario), Mental Health Act (Ontario), Criminal Code of Canada — Section 494 (Citizen's Power of Arrest), Canadian Charter of Rights and FreedomsDemonstrated leadership and team management in a multi-site or fast-paced environmentExperience developing or delivering security training programsStrong interpersonal, written, and client-facing communication skillsSound judgment and effective decision-making under pressureAbility to operate independently as an embedded on-site representativeLegally authorized to work in CanadaBenefitsDaily pay availableMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysPaid HolidaysEEO Statement Paladin Security has a diverse workforce and we are committed to a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and diversity.
