You build and maintainemployee trust, and engagement, both externally and internally What You Will Do Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR Strategy is aligned with overall business strategy Act as main point of contact for business leaders, employees, and stakeholders by providing coaching, guidance and resolving people issues Collaborate with and act as a conduit amongst the Senior Executive team and legal counsel Advise executive leadership of issues as they develop Manage internal HR platforms including, but not limited to, Company HRIS (new entries/terminations, platform admin management) Build and maintain HR policy, process, and program Manage employees engagement activities that foster fun and group collaboration What You Bring We'd like to see at least a few yearsof HR Management experience (fintech, financial software organization experiencepreferred).
