Overview Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1,400 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country. We are currently seeking a Sr. Bilingual Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition team on a 16‑month contract. What Talent Acquisition Contributes To Cardinal Health Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third‑party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction. Responsibilities Managing the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details Facilitate the candidate onboarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Bilingual is a must (French/English) 1-3 years of experience in related field, HR experience preferred Advanced computer skills required Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.) Experience working with 3rd party background check vendors Strong written and verbal communications skills Expectations Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty areas Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently Provides support to modify processes to resolve situations Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments Provides general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members Compensation Anticipated pay range: $50,800 - $67,600.
