Workday Digital Analyst, HCM (Contract Position) Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 12 months Location: Toronto, ON, CA Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid position, must be onsite 3-4d/w in Toronto, no exceptions Overview Roles and responsibilities include working with a team that designs and deploys scalable technical solutions in Workday to better organize, understand, and proactively deploy workforce needs. The team prioritizes collaboration, agile principles, and a safe space to experiment and build on colleagues’ strengths to achieve milestones. As an Analyst, HR Digital Solutions, you will focus on creating solutions that balance system capabilities with user needs and contribute to the transformation to a Digital Enterprise by delivering innovative services and employee experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature and complex Workday ecosystem. Clearly define and refine technical requirements with a focus on high-value, high-impact work. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in Talent Management and Talent Development. Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance. Ensure accuracy and organization of tickets in the ticketing system (JIRA). Must have skills/experience/qualifications A minimum of 5 years of HR digital analysis experience 5 years of Workday HCM experience Extensive Workday configuration and implementation experience with Global Contingent Workers in Workday Extensive Workday HCM configuration and business process knowledge Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and high-quality work while maintaining discretion with sensitive information Employee experience focus with strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Curious thinker with strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities Self-starter with ability to work without explicit direction Strong time management skills and ability to organize work independently Resilience to support a transforming organization Experience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services; knowledge of agile practices is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Human Resources Services, and Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
