Role Description The Co‑founder and 3D Visualization Engineer will focus on developing advanced 3D visualizations for digital twins and creating immersive visual experiences aligned with the EnergyEminence platform’s goals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing high‑quality 3D environments, integrating visualizations into the platform, collaborating on system architecture, and contributing to the development of customer‑driven product features. This is a part‑time hybrid, equity‑based co‑founder role based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. In this initial phase, the position is equity‑only with a transition to a salaried role upon the successful closing of a qualified financing round. Compensation & Commitment Phase 1 (Current): Part‑time, equity‑only co‑founder status. Equity Stake: Competitive equity package (subject to vesting) in recognition of technical leadership and early‑stage risk. Phase 2 (Future): Transition to full‑time salaried status with market‑competitive compensation upon the completion of a seed funding round. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to conceptualize and implement innovative 3D visualization solutions for energy systems. Advanced Communication skills and experience in Sales to effectively articulate technical ideas and facilitate business development. Proven skills in Marketing and the ability to translate technical features into customer‑focused benefits to drive product adoption. Proficiency in 3D development tools and frameworks (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar platforms). Knowledge of energy systems, digital twins, or robotics integration is a plus. Experience in startup environments or early‑stage ventures is highly desirable.
