About the role The Planning & Allocation Coordinator supports the allocation and distribution of footwear across our retail stores and e-commerce. The coordinator is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and passionate about inventory management. They collaborate with the buying teams to ensure that the right products are in the right places at the right time, optimizing inventory levels and maximizing sales. Key Responsibilities Maximize sales through strategic product allocation to increase in‑store sales opportunities. Allocate inventory to stores based on sales trends and store capacity while maintaining adequate stock in the warehouse for e‑commerce. Support replenishment strategies by ensuring timely delivery of products to stores. Optimize inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs and overstock. Monitor and manage stock levels across all channels to maintain a balanced inventory and minimize stock‑out and overstock situations. Analyze sales data, store performance, and capacity to make data‑driven allocation decisions. Leverage store analysis to improve stock turnover, maintain profitability, and preserve brand integrity by reducing markdowns. Balance regional business needs to lead toward strong performance and increased customer satisfaction, thereby gaining market share. Analyze allocation reports and provide insights to senior management on product performance and distribution efficiency. Establish relationships with buying and store teams to communicate allocation plans and resolve inventory‑related issues. Follow up on initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional partners. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, retail, or a related field. Experience with various allocation tools is a plus. Intermediate level of analytical experience. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
