Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing a suite of strategic, enterprise‑wide integration projects, while applying the principles of service excellence and promoting project‑management best practices across the organisation. You will interact with project sponsors, executives, senior managers, and other project managers, and will identify and address issues related to resource planning, cost estimation, change management, project delivery, implementation planning and scheduling, reporting, communication, and benefits extraction at the project level. What your day looks like Manage project plans and budgets, including accurate tracking of financials and resourcing. Ensure project alignment and compliance with standards and policies. Assist with integration management of strategic and departmental projects. Coordinate with other project managers to ensure timely and complete delivery인은 projects, maintaining awareness of interdependencies and communicating to stakeholders. Manage issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalations. Provide accurate and timely project performance reporting to the programme manager, executives, project sponsors, and relevant stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work‑related experience. Project‑management certification in Prince2, PMI, or OPM3 (or equivalent) preferred. 7+ years’ experience, with a minimum of 5+ recent years of project‑management experience in complex, matrix organisations. Proven experience in managing Capital Markets projects and/or delivering regulatory compliance initiatives, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards. Excellent understanding of project‑management best practices and project lifecycle disciplines. Experience with integrated systems lifecycle development utilizing multiple development models (agile, waterfall, hybrid). Experience with critical‑path analysis, project planning, and remediation. Functional knowledge of project accounting, budget planning, cost control, capital/expense approval and management procedures for project tracking. Understanding of services agreements as related to commercial contracts and information/technology systems. Strong prioritisation, delegation, and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple projects involving cross‑departmental teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working for organisations in transformation and the ability to manage change and ambiguity. Fluent communication skills in English; bilingual skills in French are an asset.
