What You'll Do Develop deep relationships with clients and understand what matters to them, what they want for their future, and guide them every step of the way. Proactively acquire new clients and bring in assets through a mix of strategic outreach and consistent community presence. Leverage a variety of prospecting methods - including cold calling, attending and hosting events, creative networking tactics, and local community engagement. Use data and tech tools to dig deep, analyze results, and give smart advice that makes a difference. Find new ways to boost productivity and improve the way we work—your ideas matter here! What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services role preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, grow a client base, and deliver investment advice. Licensing & Regulatory Requirements Ready to get licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if you aren't already. Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to your start date if you are not RR licensed. Commitment to earn your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in your first three years. CFP Eligibility requirements: University Degree OR meet one of the following: Up to 10 years of qualifying work experience. Have been a QAFP professional in good standing for a minimum of 5 years at the time of applying.
