Own frontend + backend + infra Build ultra-low-latency systems for real-time image creation Put image models into production (hosting, routing, monitoring) Build MLOps (rollouts, fallbacks, quality checks, cost + speed tuning) Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.
