Key Job Responsibilities Senior sales leader who owns go‑to‑market strategy for Education, Government, Non‑profit, and Healthcare customers while building and scaling org‑wide initiatives including Managed Spend, and RFx/contracting. Manage an organization with ownership of Sales while influencing the Tech, category teams, and other partners supporting AB, and be responsible for defining Public Sector business strategy to serve Canada business customer needs. Define and implement long‑term business strategies and products based on industry trends and competitive analysis. Drive day‑to‑day business operations for a large, fast‑growing company and think outside the box to solve complex problems. Influence executives, prioritize, and communicate clearly and compellingly to deliver excellent results within a strong and talented team and drive change across other organizations. Basic Qualifications Experience working with global and cross‑functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development and legal. Experience managing people and leading a team. Experience in business development/sales/sales‑engineering/consulting (top‑tier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and e‑commerce sectors. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of procurement experience. Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems. Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams. Experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis. As a total compensation company, Amazon’s package may include other elements such as sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
