Clinical Consultant (Healthcare) (Medical) – Ontario Position: Clinical Consultant Compensation: On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 to $95,000 per year (base salary + variable components). The impact you will have: As a Clinical Consultant, you will actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients by offering them the best solutions, impacting both health and financial outcomes. By providing recommendations and education around Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you will contribute to supporting increased quality of life for residents, patients and caregivers. You will be responsible for: Promote and provide a variety of educational programs and consultative services. Provide ongoing support to customers through problem solving related to the safe and effective use of Arjo products. Provide customers with recommendations and guidance on Arjo solutions based on clinical judgement, knowledge and experience. Provide clinical support to Arjo sales and marketing initiatives. The skills you will need: Clinical practice / direct patient care experience in an acute/post‑acute care environment required. Comfortable with public speaking. Experience in critical care and/or surgical areas an asset. Experience as an adult educator/trainer is highly desired. Experience providing consultative services is beneficial. Experience in pressure injury prevention and patient/resident handling highly desired. Registered healthcare professional with current licensure required. Additional education and credentials in pressure injury prevention highly desired.
