We are seeking individuals who take initiative, communicate clearly, and demonstrate strong situational awareness in complex field environments. Key Responsibilities Operate and pilot UAVs during survey missions in accordance with approved flight plans, aviation regulations, and project requirements. Lead, manage, and support field crews during daily UAV survey operations. Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations, SFOC, HSE, and site-specific protocols. Conduct pre-flight planning, safety briefings, risk assessments, and hazard identification. Oversee production planning, workflow organization, and execution of flight lines. Monitor data quality (Mag/LiDAR), review flight logs, and complete daily field reporting. Provide real-time updates to the Project Manager regarding progress, weather, issues, or risks. Communicate professionally with clients, landowners, contractors, and site personnel. Manage field equipment, power systems, charging cycles, and troubleshooting. Mentor and coach field staff; uphold Rosor’s culture of professionalism, preparedness, and safety. Requirements Proven experience as a supervisor, crew lead, or team lead.
