Rituals Artisan – Role Overview Responsible for engaging guests in a variety of global spa rituals, performing treatments, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while supporting the Rituals Program. Reports directly to the Rituals Manager. What You’ll Do Participate in the creation of new rituals and integrate treatments from all over the world into the spa experience. Provide impeccable customer service in accordance with brand standards. Perform daily rituals and treatments for guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Engage in continuous training and development. Follow daily processes and rituals. Participate in organized events, seminars, and workshops at the spa. Assist with opening and closing activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety of premises. Perform any other related duties as required. Qualifications Experience in customer service, wellness, hospitality (e.g., yoga, dance, theater), or tourism industry is an asset. Affinity with nature and enjoyment of learning about herbs and plants. Bilingualism in English and French is essential. Interest in essential oils and natural wellness products. Interest in a healthy lifestyle and the world of wellness. Good physical health; able to work in a very hot environment. Embodies the spirit of hospitality. Curiosity about learning new skills and ability to speak and perform in front of an audience. Salary Based on the pay scale and benefits in effect at Nordik Spa Village. Work Schedule Full‑time: 40 hours per week with variable schedule during weekdays, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
