Who This Role Is For Candidates with no prior Oracle HCM experience but with a background in HR, HRIS, ERP systems, business analysis, or IT Fresh graduates, career switchers, or returning professionals interested in building a career in Oracle HCM Functional analysts interested in configuring and supporting Core HR, Workforce Structures, Person Management, and Security Strong communicators who enjoy translating business and HR requirements into system solutions Individuals comfortable working in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery environments Background in HR processes, HRIS systems, data analysis, or ERP applications.
