In this context, we are seeking a Senior Business Project Manager to contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives and the optimization of business practices. The selected candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact projects , directly contributing to organizational performance improvement. Your Mission As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives by ensuring their structuring, execution, and alignment with business objectives. You will be involved in: Structuring and managing complex business projects Aligning stakeholders around common objectives Securing timelines, costs, and outcomes Improving organizational practices and processes Key Responsibilities Project Management & Governance Plan, structure, and coordinate large-scale projects Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance indicators Establish clear governance and effective monitoring mechanisms Ensure rigorous tracking of progress and produce required reports Performance & Risk Management Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and issues Identify deviations and implement mitigation plans Support fast and informed decision-making Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Facilitate communication across business units Influence and align stakeholders at all levels Act as a central coordination point within a matrix organization Contribute to the optimization of organizational processes Support teams through transformation initiatives Structure and enhance project management practices Support change management and solution adoption Profile Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in project management Proven experience in business or organizational transformation projects Experience in process optimization (strong asset) Experience in complex and matrix environments Strong analytical and structuring capabilities Strategic thinking and results orientation Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills Rigor, autonomy, and strong prioritization skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent ) – an asset BSC values diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
