It is more than a marketplace, it is a digital ecosystem that fosters trust, transparency, and collaboration between homeowners and local service providers. The Opportunity: Your mission is to take a content function that's been running on the side of someone's desk and turn it into the engine that brings this company to market. You'll set the strategy and write the words for newsletters, blogs, web content, and customer stories, shaping how a local Toronto-built platform appears in the inboxes and feeds of the homeowners and Pros it's built for. Two audiences, one voice. You'll build the playbooks, run the experiments, measure what lands, and feed it back into what comes next. Reports to the Director of Marketing. The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed: We are seeking a Senior Content Marketer who has owned strategy, execution, and measurement together, ideally at a startup or as a team of one. We need a strong writer first: plain-language copy that makes complex ideas obvious, neither salesy nor slick Proven ability to write for both B2B and B2C audiences and shift tone accordingly Track record across newsletter, blog, web, and customer story formats Executes against a provided SEO/keyword strategy; curious about AEO and GEO as the search landscape evolves Conducts customer interviews and turns them into case studies, testimonials, and narratives Owns content performance reporting and uses data to drive editorial decisions Integrates AI into the writing process as a tool, not a crutch Hybrid, 3 days/week in office (GTA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
