We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business. Your Key Responsibilities Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. Travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated to be up to 75%. Effectively lead the team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Participate in large scale SAP client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products, managing risk, ensuring stakeholders are informed, and keeping the project within timeframes and budget. Daily interaction with the client at many levels, including interfacing with them and keeping them informed of progress and expected outcomes. Skills And Attributes For Success Skilled in team leadership – adhering to the project methodology and PMO processes/procedures, planning the data team’s work, leading local and offshore resources, reporting status, logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions, participating in program governance. Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge. Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects. A strong work ethic. To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 7–10 years of related work experience at minimum. A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification(s) in Finance is highly preferred. 5–7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (GL, CO, AR, AP, AA preferred), and participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations. Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cost Center Accounting. Experience with implementing SAP Finance and integrations to SD, PM, MM, and HR integrations to SuccessFactors. Knowledge of financial reporting and consolidations with Group Reporting is an asset. Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is an asset. Experience leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP-enabled solutions. Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan. Team lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management. Development of project documentation including business process flows, test scenarios and scripts, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience. Experience with all aspects of financial accounting and cost controlling within an ERP system. Knowledge and experience implementing SAP Finance in Power & Utilities and/or Mining is highly preferred. Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the C level of Fortune 500 companies.
