We’re reshaping the elevator industry and transforming cities into the best places to live.The Compensation Consultant plays a key leadership role in the delivery and continuous improvement TK Elevator’s compensation programs and people analytics capabilities.This role is responsible for managing core compensation processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing meaningful insights that support business decisions. Reporting to the North America Total Rewards Leader, the incumbent is the day‑to‑day point person for Canada and leads the execution of compensation cycles, oversees reporting tools, and partners with HR and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs.The role also plays a critical part in educating and enabling HR Business Partners and leaders, fostering confidence and capability in applying compensation principles and tools, and ensuring alignment with TK Elevator’s pay philosophy and practices.
