Our media client is seeking a seasoned experienced Digital Product Owner with a background in developing strong products within an Advertising and Sales context. Reporting to the Senior Product Architect, the Senior Digital Product Owner's role is to ensure the successful and timely delivery of product solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESTake the lead on scrum teams as the Product OwnerProviding vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and provides product leadership in driving new requirements to the Project BacklogEnsure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work onPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productDefine product vision, future road-map and growth opportunitiesAssess initiative value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesWorks closely with relevant Business Owners to Identify and Deliver ProductsWork closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROILead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new product functionalitiesProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsResearch and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the productFollow our competitors and the industryKeep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsQUALIFICATIONSPrevious working experience as a Product Owner for 7 years. At least 3 years as a Senior Product OwnerMA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fieldStrong Software development background in the role of developerIn-depth practical knowledge of Agile process and principlesOutstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
