Your role Define and evolve the product development strategy in alignment with business directions and growth objectives Accelerate research and innovation initiatives by identifying emerging investment themes, new structures, and market opportunities Analyze client needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to guide product development and optimization priorities Design and structure new products or enhancements to existing offerings, including value proposition, positioning, and performance objectives Work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent and effective go-to-market strategy for developed solutions Maintain continuous strategic monitoring of industry practices, innovation, and evolving client expectations Your team National Bank Investments is a team of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to develop innovative and high-performing investment solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field Professional designations such as, CAIA, or CIM are a strong asset Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in investment product development In-depth knowledge of the investment fund industry in Canada and the United States Strong expertise in alternative investment strategies, including alternative ETFs, hedge funds, and private markets Languages Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
