Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of commercial properties. Develop and refine financial controls and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling). Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within commercial property accounting. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non‑financial stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with Yardi or JD Edwards is preferred. Familiarity with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and lease interpretation.
