Your Responsibilities You’ll provide executive-level support, managing calendars and prioritizing requests to streamline operations. In this role, you'll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. You’ll draft and manage confidential correspondence, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in all communications. As the primary point of contact, you’ll facilitate inquiries and ensure prompt communication with stakeholders. You’ll assist with budgeting, reporting, and meeting important internal and external deadlines. You’ll maintain effective information management processes to support organizational effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a relevant field. Advanced in MS Office applications. Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.
