Location: Mississauga, ON | Hybrid - 2 to 3 days/week on-site |Full-time, Permanent | $70,000 - $80,000 CAD About the Role Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join an embedded talent acquisition team supporting one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring on-site presence two to three days per week. This is an existing vacancy. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, a consultative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. Pharma experience is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing and screening activities across a range of functions including Research & Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Oncology, and Clinical Operations Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing a consultative and talent advisory approach Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer Manage requisitions and maintain up-to-date records in Workday ATS Contribute to reporting updates and administrative tasks related to recruitment activity Coach and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes Contribute to developing the client's employer branding efforts in collaboration with the team Manage a requisition load of approximately 10 to 15 open roles at any given time What You Bring 5 to 7 years of full-cycle or sourcing and screening recruitment experience Pharma, biotech, or life sciences experience is a strong asset Experience recruiting up to Director level Proficiency with Workday ATS is required Excellent communication skills and a client-first, consultative approach Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Must be local to the Mississauga area or surrounding region French language skills are an asset Why Join Hudson Talent Solutions?
