Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a welcoming community space for hobbyists of all levels. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management Manage and train staff; create schedules and maintain team performance Organize and run in-store events (tournaments, leagues, trade nights) Maintain strong product knowledge across trading card games and collectibles Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and store appearance Track sales performance and implement growth strategies Qualifications 2+ years of retail management experience (hobby or game store experience is a strong asset) Knowledge of trading card games like Yu‑Gi‑Oh!
