Your Opportunity BDO Digital is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Dayforce practice, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. The individual will own the following responsibilities: Provide project management leadership for full implementation, assessment and optimization engagements Ensure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards Ensure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule Review key deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects Provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates; mentor colleagues and provide guidance and support Act as a client advocate throughout engagements and participate in training of client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of Dayforce implementations Success Criteria You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration You understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work You identify, recommend, and focus on effective service delivery to your clients You share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains and attracts talent You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You grow your expertise through learning and professional development Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of HCM project experience.
