Position Overview We’re searching for a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Meier - Rexall Mall office in Mission, BC . This position focuses on promoting and educating clients on insurance products, managing client relationships, handling complex insurance cases, and mentoring junior team members. Compensation & Benefits Expected Compensation: Hourly rate $26.60 to $33.25 for a 35‑hour work week, based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Promote and educate clients on insurance products. Take ownership of client relationships and grow the company's presence in the local community. Manage more complex insurance cases. Help team members reach their potential by coaching and mentoring. Qualifications and Skills At least two to three years of industry experience. Insurance broker level 2 license and working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided). Track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to build authentic client relationships.
