Overview Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aversan Inc. This is a Hybrid position. Base pay range: CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Source and hire candidates for technical roles in hardware, software, and systems engineering. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future engineering roles. Research and identify new sourcing channels, including niche engineering communities and industry-specific platforms. Create and manage job postings across multiple job boards and the company website. Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company standards and compliance requirements. Basic Qualifications Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution. Proven experience recruiting in safety-critical industries (e.g., aerospace, defence, automotive, medical devices). Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, networking, and online tools. Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms.
