The Solutions Sales Specialist will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent by engaging existing and new accounts for specialized products. The role collaborates with Account Executives and Directors to prospect, generate inbound and outbound pipeline, and manage a territory quota to close business. This position requires a commercially astute individual who confidently showcases Diligent’s offerings, maps customer needs to our solutions, and demonstrates strong stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Diligent’s solutions and specialized products. Prospect new leads within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities. Adopt a solutions‑selling approach, understanding customer needs and framing solutions through the lens of Diligent’s portfolio. Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from opportunity to deal close using the approved sales methodology. Leverage sales tools to prospect, schedule meetings, and increase win rates, thereby generating bookings. Accurately maintain CRM records, forecast, and report on projected bookings and closed deals on a regular basis. Gather external insights on competitor landscapes and industry trends to inform strategic account planning. Collaborate with account teams to discover new and growth opportunities, qualify opportunities, and build pipeline. Required Experience / Skills Proven track record of success in account management and achieving revenue targets within the technology or GRC industry. SLED experience. Familiarity with channel distribution processes. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Curiosity and empathy, with the ability to understand a potential customer’s context and pain points through effective questioning and listening. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
