Join our Major Projects Team and lead a project team contributing to creating hospitals that serve our communities in times of need. The Senior Project Manager will lead multi‑year Hospital projects in British Columbia ranging from $30 – $400 million with typical durations of 3 to 7 years. Location This is a site‑based role at project sites across the Lower Mainland, BC, and Western Canada. Compensation reflects location and applicable shift schedules. Your Responsibilities Lead the Project Leadership Team, ensuring the project team has direction, culture, and resources to achieve deliverables within schedule and budget. Lead project management of Electrical and Technology scope for large design‑build projects, including planning and coordination of design and construction processes. Control schedule, budget, and quality of design‑build projects. Manage project performance tracking and financial reporting. Manage relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Work with the superintendent to manage labour requirements and staffing. Provide mentorship to your team. Lead the procurement process. Assist or lead the pursuit of design‑build projects. Your Experience and Skills Red Seal Electrician or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or P. Eng. designation. PMP certification, Gold Seal in Project Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of prior project management experience on complex, multi‑year projects; preference for design‑build healthcare experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Experience as lead project manager of at least two projects with contract values over $7 million from start‑up to close‑out. Financial acumen and understanding of contract law. Proficiency in MS Office; experience in Procore, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Accubid or scheduling software beneficial. Compensation Salary range: $115,000 – $140,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
