The Territory Manager is a collaborative, customer-focusedsales professional who works closely with Parts, Service, Administration, andLeadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Preference will be given to candidates with prioragricultural or construction equipment sales experience—or a strong machinerysales background—combined with a genuine passion for the agriculture andconstruction industries. This role is responsible for growing market share within anassigned territory by building strong customer relationships, identifying newbusiness opportunities, and positioning the Company as a trusted equipment andsolutions partner. Key Responsibilities Territory Development & Sales Growth Developand execute territory growth plans to increase market penetration, revenue, and overall sales performance. Identify,prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities within the assignedterritory. Prospectand develop new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking,face-to-face meetings, and industry events. Promoteand sell equipment, products, and solutions aligned with customer needsand operational goals. Maintainawareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and new productofferings to effectively position company solutions in the marketplace. Customer Relationship Management Buildand maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits,proactive communication, and consistent follow-up. Serveas a trusted advisor to farmers and contractors by understanding theiroperations, challenges, and long-term business objectives. Maintainconsistent monthly contact with customers to strengthen relationships,support retention, and identify growth opportunities. Deliverexceptional customer service while ensuring customer concerns and issuesare addressed promptly and professionally. Sales Administration & Reporting Activelymanage assigned accounts, sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecastsusing the company's sales tools and systems. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunity tracking, and salesforecasts. Prepareand submit weekly sales activity reports and performance updates againstestablished targets and objectives. Ensuretimely and accurate completion of quotations, documentation, andsales-related administrative requirements. Collaboration & Team Support Collaborateclosely with Parts, Service, Administration, and Leadership teams tosupport customer satisfaction and successful deal completion. Workcross-functionally to resolve customer issues, remove barriers, anddeliver integrated equipment and service solutions. Contributeto marketing initiatives, territory strategies, and overall branch growthobjectives. Ownership & Accountability Takefull ownership of assigned accounts and territory performance. Demonstratestrong self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to workindependently with minimal supervision. Maintaina professional image and represent the Company positively within theindustry and local communities. Qualifications Post-secondaryeducation in business, marketing, sales, agriculture, or a relatedtechnical field is considered an asset. Minimumof three (3) years of machinery sales experience; agricultural orconstruction equipment sales experience is preferred. Strongunderstanding of agriculture, farming operations, construction equipment,and industry trends. Provenability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close sales both in personand over the phone. Demonstratedsuccess in building new business while maintaining and growing existingcustomer relationships. Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strongorganizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Willingnessand ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
