Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager I to join our User Acquisition team in Canada on a remote basis! Scopely cares deeply about what they do and wants to inspire play every day through game development and community connections. This role is part of a global team focused on driving player growth and efficiency across digital marketing channels across Europe and the US. What You’ll Do Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitability Strategize, execute, and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, Influencer marketing, and more Locate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to achieve breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio through full‑view lifecycle marketing Lead with expert knowledge of UA tactics and mentor junior staff Raise potential future issues related to methodology or industry changes Proactively source new partners to diversify the portfolio Present and speak to leadership stakeholders across functions What We’re Looking For BA or BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field 3‑5 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition or performance marketing Strong passion for mobile advertising and mobile app market Creative problem‑solving acumen and analytical rigor to test assumptions Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams Experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions Deep knowledge of our data architecture and tech stack and ability to work with data teams Awareness of emerging external trends Strong self‑reflection, feedback receptivity, and personal improvement focus Ability to follow up on tasks and action items independently Strong proficiency with Excel Benefits Annual salary for British Columbia: $80,000 – $105,000 CAD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid company days, and unlimited paid time off.
