Responsibilities Technical oversight of OEM-led machine build, modification, and site integration activities. Coordination of OEMs, internal Engineering, Validation, Quality, Facilities, and Production teams, and Customer as appropriate. Support of SAT, commissioning, and equipment readiness activities. Identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical and execution risks. Support development and review of technical documentation including URS, FAT/SAT protocols, and engineering change documentation. Coordination of facility preparation activities to support installation and operation of automated equipment. Interface with facilities, utilities, electrical, mechanical, and rigging contractors. Support planning and execution of equipment moves, relocations, and restoration of original spaces. Coordination of environmental controls, utilities tie-ins, and readiness for commissioning. Support handover to Operations and Maintenance, including training inputs, spare parts strategy, and SOP readiness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience with automated pen injector/device assembly lines or maintenance of such lines. Proven experience executing projects in pharma/aseptic/GMP environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project); PMP certification is a plus. Prior experience in pharmaceutical automation (e.g., with companies specializing in automated assembly solutions). Strong organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, and proactive problem‑solving capabilities. Why Join Us?
