This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned property accounting professional with deep Yardi experience to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and stable environment. What You’ll Do: Oversee full-cycle accounting for commercial properties + corporate entities Manage AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financials, budgets, cash flow, and forecasts Conduct CAM and property tax recoveries; interpret lease terms Support monthly reporting and tenant chargebacks Liaise with auditors and handle year-end prep Submit HST, payroll, and MPAC filings Partner closely with property managers and ownership 5+ years in commercial property accounting 3+ years using Yardi Voyager and Yardi Elevate Solid understanding of lease structures and property-level accounting Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills CPA is an asset (not required) Detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator Able to commute to the office 3x/week (Hybrid after 3-month onboarding) Performance-based annual bonus + signing bonus Health, dental, vision, life insurance + wellness program Tuition reimbursement & support for certifications Free parking + on-site gym Generous vacation (starting at 2 weeks, increasing with tenure) Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
