As Interior Superintendent, you’ll oversee all aspects of interior construction from rough in to final finishes ensuring quality, schedule, and design intent are met. This is a unique opportunity to help deliver one of the Lower Mainland’s most iconic residential towers. This project features amazing amenity spaces, fantastic views, and over 30 floors of market housing. Key Responsibilities Communicate quality control inspection findings to project teams and trade partners to implement all necessary changes needed; Manage and review project tasks and drawings on site to ensure the compliance of quality plans and procedures; Direct technicians and trades teams to ensure quality compliance, critical inspection activities, while highlighting and reporting major issues project team; Managing the unique project with luxury finishes and bespoke floor plans, and the demands of stakeholders. Plan and track project schedules, material quantities, inspections, equipment requirements; Maintain and ensure safe job site requirements are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety and WCB. Skills and Requirements At least 5-7 years of experience working on high‑rise concrete projects as an Interior Superintendent for a General Contractor; Proven ability to leading a site‑based construction team; Strong communication and organizational skills to direct and instruct technicians and trade partners; Knowledge of construction drawings and strong understanding construction practices is required ; Excellent problem solving skills paired with dependability and a keen eye for details Experience with Microsoft Projects and Excel is required; Procore will be considered an asset; Certificate, diploma, and/or degree in Construction Management or Construction related programs (carpentry) will be considered an asset. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program.
