Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Systems Infrastructure Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract. This role requires a highly experienced individual who can take ownership of a complex Microsoft-based environment while supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives and improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level support across Windows Server and infrastructure environments Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Azure AD, Teams) Support SQL Server environments (clusters and standalone) Oversee backup and recovery processes Perform patching and upgrades (security-driven) Act as a technical lead / escalation point Identify gaps and provide recommendations and best practices Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer Collaborate with internal team and elevate overall capability Skills & Qualifications 7–10+ years in senior infrastructure / systems roles Strong expertise in Windows Server Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Experience with SQL Server (cluster and standalone) Strong Cyber Security focusStrong backup and recovery experience Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong communication and documentation skills Exposure to Oracle/Cerner environments Healthcare or regulated industry experience Experience modernizing infrastructure environments Citrix environment experience Cohesity Backup and recovery systems Equity Statement At Compugen, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
