DESCRIPTION The TAP will be accountable to recruit the right candidates for the right positions on time RESPONSIBILITIES You’re a Great Fit If You: Want to truly understand the business; beyond just filling seats, while immersing yourself in our retail programs and learning what \"great\" looks like for each of the different retail programs Enjoy being a partner to a field team, showing up to weekly meetings, understanding priorities, and earning trust by delivering quality hires quickly Are energized by high-volume recruiting and can balance speed with quality while hiring across Diverse markets nationwide Believe candidate experience matters and take pride in communicating clearly, setting expectations early, and supporting people through every step of the process Are organized and ownership-driven and can manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize accordingly Success Measures (How You’ll Be Measured) Deliver speed and quality outcomes in a high-volume environment, with a strong focus on reducing time-to-fill and time-to-start Consistently meet and exceed individual productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., outreach activity, screening volume, submissions/hires, and pipeline health) Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and follow-through from first contact to first shift What You’ll Be Responsible For Recruiting Manage a high-volume requisition load, recruiting for hourly, customer-facing field/retail talent across multiple markets, with exceptional productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail Post and manage requisitions across job boards and internal platforms to maintain steady applicant flow Review inbound applicants and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit, availability, and role readiness Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job fairs, community outreach, and referrals to build qualified pipelines Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technology to identify talent quickly and strategically Proactively network, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates to build and convert pipelines Represent Mosaic at job fairs and community hiring events to build brand presence and generate applicant flow (some travel may be required) Research, test, and implement new sourcing channels and strategies to improve speed, reach, and quality Respond quickly to urgent hiring needs, pivoting outreach and screening priorities to maintain program coverage Conduct prescreens and interviews and present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers/field leaders with clear recommendations Deliver a high-touch candidate experience—clear communication from first contact, transparent timelines, and timely follow-up through decision and start date Maintain real-time, accurate ATS activity (stage movement, notes, dispositioning) and provide pipeline visibility/reporting. Field Partnership Attend weekly meetings to stay aligned on program and staffing priorities, coverage gaps, and what \"good\" looks like for each program Partner with field managers to continuously refine brand ambassador profiles, screening criteria, and sourcing strategies based on program needs Build strong relationships with program and client stakeholders to understand evolving staffing needs and talent profiles. Act as a trusted recruiting partner the field team can rely on; responsive, informed, and invested Onboarding Ownership Manage offer delivery, track acceptances, and initiate the onboarding workflow immediately upon offer acceptance to reduce time-to-start Own the full onboarding process through to first shift, coordinating all required tasks and documentation Schedule and facilitate a dedicated onboarding session for each new hire Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer through their first scheduled shift, providing timely support and clear communication throughout QUALIFICATIONS What We’re Looking For 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (high-volume, hourly, field, or agency recruiting strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with strong organizational follow-through Highly goal‑driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a high-volume environment Experience proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, internally and externally (LinkedIn, referrals, events, community outreach, etc.) Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable employment legislation; ability to apply consistent, compliant selection practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, decentralized environment with shifting priorities—able to work autonomously and make sound daily decisions Experience managing candidate pipelines in an ATS or similar tracking system Availability to work the defined schedule including weekends (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, days off Tuesday & Wednesday) Assets Experience supporting or leading field teams (retail, events, merchandising, brand ambassador programs) and understanding what \"good\" looks like on the ground Familiarity with hourly, customer‑facing hiring (retail, hospitality, gig/field programs) and high‑turnover or seasonal staffing models Experience recruiting for or supporting customer‑facing roles such as retail, call center, customer service, sales, door‑to‑door, promotions, or brand ambassador programs Bilingual (French/English or other languages) to support diverse candidate pools in key markets Experience facilitating remote onboarding sessions and/or new hire orientations with clear, confident delivery ABOUT US Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Category: Administration Position Type: Full time Business Unit: Corporate Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $74,000.00 Company: Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co Req ID: 27397 #J-18808-Ljbffr
