Business Development Account Executive — Acquisition & Loyalty Partnerships Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Sales and Business Development Apple Canada is recruiting a Corporate-to-Consumer (C2C) Business Development Account Executive to devise and drive the strategy, partnerships, and execution behind Apple products sold through Canada’s leading Loyalty & Rewards and Customer Acquisition programs. The role offers the unique opportunity to build programs, partnership playbooks, and cross‑functional collaborations with top banking, investing, and travel/loyalty partners. Description In this role you will build and drive the strategy for Apple Canada’s Loyalty, Rewards, and Financial partner portfolio, operating with an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the future of the channel. Architect the channel: devise and drive the end‑to‑end strategy across partners, diagnose gaps, prioritize investment, and build scalable program models. Diversify into new verticals (banking, investing, travel, rewards). Own the partnerships: cultivate C‑suite relationships and negotiate commercial constructs – incentives, funding, campaign mechanics – to unlock partner growth. Launch with impact: design consumer acquisition and redemption campaigns across the Apple lineup; connect teams to move bold ideas through to closure with pace. Drive performance: own forecast, KPIs, and CLT/SLT reporting; integrate this channel into the broader Apple Canada growth strategy. Qualifications Generally requires 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or strategic account management – ideally within loyalty, financial services, retail, or consumer technology industries. Proven track record designing and executing consumer‑facing acquisition and/or loyalty redemption programs at scale. Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements with senior partner stakeholders. Strong financial acumen – comfortable building business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses. Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal/Contracts teams. Experience using Generative AI, Excel, and Tableau. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Commercially rigorous leadership with deep business fluency and disciplined execution. Exceptional relationship builder capable of earning trust at the executive level. Highly innovative; willing to challenge the status quo, place calculated bets, and bring bold ideas forward with urgency. Strong communicator who can articulate a compelling vision, sell ideas internally, and create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Collaborative, inclusive, and energized by building win‑win outcomes. Resilient under operational load; able to balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategy. Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges between $122,300 and $183,600, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
