Purpose / Overview Reporting into the Senior Content Manager, the Channel Content Manager is responsible for ensuring content is developed, designed, and delivered in a way that meets the needs of each channel at scale for APS Operating Brands. The role bridges creative and performance, building content systems that power paid media, e‑commerce, social, and wholesale. Partnering closely with the product content manager and channel teams, they act as the architect of content systems and distribution, ensuring every campaign produces the right volume, formats, and variations to drive performance and integrated product/brand storytelling. Qualities and Expectations The position calls for a passionate, organized and creative thinker, a true team player with strong digital marketing knowledge and excellent cross‑functional skills. They should have a curated eye and dialed‑in industry tone, to balance performance‑driven results with editorial brand integrity. Channel Requirements & Alignment Partner closely with Brand and Digital Marketing channel teams. Build & maintain APS channel library and content requirements. Translate channel needs into clear content development considerations, and creative requirements per seasonal GTM/projects. Content System Architecture Build strategic purpose‑driven content systems that enable marketing assets to meet channel needs at scale. Ensure content is developed and designed in a way that can produce multiple variations and formats (asset systems à asset expansion). Content Distribution & Governance Manage the flow of content from production to channels (toolboxes/guidelines to execution) Ensure assets are delivered on time, organized and in correct formats - encouraging self‑autonomy Responsible for efficiently tracking and relaying content delivery timelines to channels per GTM Collaborate with Product Content Manager on the creation and delivery of toolboxes and execution guidelines (owning the how and where content shows up) Ensure visual output aligns with channel needs while maintaining brand consistency & DNA Ensure channels consistently adhere to content guidelines and toolboxes for sell‑in, seasonal refreshes, special launches and collaborations. Cross‑Functional Partnership & Leadership Collaborate with Product Content Manager and channel leads to intuitively balance brand & product storytelling with performance‑driven results (traffic and conversion). Oversee Graphic Design to execute channel‑ready assets (asset expansion) Support Brand & Marketing in approvals, editing and proofreading of final assets. Social Creative Execution Build social content strategy and monthly calendar for approval with internal/external stakeholders Manage social media for APS operating brand – G.H.BASS; curating & posting content as well as tracking monthly performance and engagement signals. Work closely with PR to facilitate UGC assets that support seasonal product stories and/or brand initiatives. Write and brief social media captions in alignment with brand TOV. Occasionally attend set to capture content development BTS. Content Testing & Performance Liaise with channel teams to A/B test content (e‑comm & paid media) Contribute to quarterly content performance marketing dashboards Track content effectiveness and engagement signals on social and across key channels Monitor gaps in content that could be fulfilled by AI and/or strategic content development optimizations within budget. Qualifications & Core Competencies Experience: 5-7 years. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Comm). Experience in commercial digital marketing - paid media, social media, e‑commerce & strong understanding of content development and distribution. Excellent verbal & written English communication skills due to international communications; Excellent communication and project management skills; Highly organized with strong systems thinking; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, as well as internal & external stakeholders; Comfort working with design teams and creative assets Knowledge & proficiency in graphic design (Adobe, Indesign, Figma) Background in fashion and wholesale industry strongly preferred; Experience and knowledge of social influencer marketing considered a plus; Well versed in AI services considered a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Building a Culture of Belonging We firmly believe that the diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and identities is a fundamental strength of the ALDO Group.
