As a Software Developer, you will play a central role in turning a rough business idea into a working solution. Participate in the full software development lifecycle. Integrate applications with ERP and project management systems. Develop and maintain databases. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Prepare technical documentation and provide user support. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. Use AI as part of the daily development workflow. Think through the user experience, not just the code. Own a project from start to finish. Communicate with all levels of the organization and work through problems independently. Be curious, resourceful, and willing to learn. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Must be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and a confident communicator. 3+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
