The Project Management and Planning Specialists will consult and engage with senior leadership to provide planning and project management services across SHA. These services include: Scope development Feasibility Estimating/budgeting Risk analysis Scheduling Drawing production code reviews Infection control requirements Staging Commissioning Project reporting Approvals processes Financial management/financial tracking The Project Management and Planning Specialists are responsible for managing projects between $200,000 to $100 Million+ that facilitate the provision of quality client‑centred service in accordance with the vision, mission, values and goals of the SHA. They ensure that departmental service delivery objectives as defined by standards or the business case, concerning space, spatial relationships, and equipment and furnishings are integrated into the functional programming and design process.
