The Marketing Specialist plays a strategic role in shaping marketing initiatives that support business growth across multiple product lines and priorities. This role focuses on marketing strategy, messaging, and content development, working closely with Product Management, Growth, Regional Marketing Specialists, and Shared Services. Marketing Specialists are assigned to initiatives and projects rather than to a single region or product line. They act as subject‑matter marketing experts who contribute to positioning, storytelling, campaign design, and go‑to‑market efforts, while execution and regional activation are handled in collaboration with specialized teams. This role is designed to scale with the organization and adapt to future portfolio expansion. As a Marketing Specialist you must be able to: Contribute to the development and evolution of marketing positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across products, industries, and initiatives. Translate business priorities, product roadmaps, and customer needs into clear marketing narratives. Collaborate with senior marketing stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across initiatives. Campaign & Initiative Design Support the design of marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives, including commercial campaigns, product marketing, and employer branding efforts. Define campaign objectives, key messages, target audiences, and success criteria in collaboration with Growth and business stakeholders. Partner with Regional Marketing Specialists to ensure campaign frameworks can be effectively localized and activated. Content Development Lead and contribute to the creation of core marketing content such as messaging frameworks, content outlines, campaign toolkits, sales enablement materials, and key assets. Act as a central marketing contributor, working with Shared Services (design, digital, communications) to bring content to life efficiently. Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation, in collaboration with the Digital and Systems team, to improve content creation scalability and speed. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Management, Growth, Sales, and Communications to support go‑to‑market initiatives and strategic priorities. Contribute marketing expertise to cross‑functional projects and priority initiatives. Provide guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on marketing approaches, channels, and best practices. Performance & Continuous Improvement Support campaign and initiative performance analysis by reviewing qualitative and quantitative insights. Identify opportunities to improve messaging relevance, content effectiveness, and marketing impact. Share insights and learnings to strengthen future initiatives and support continuous improvement. What makes you an asset to our team: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial, technology, or complex product environments. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex topics into compelling messaging. Proven experience developing marketing content and campaign foundations. Comfort working across multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
