ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY rennie is seeking a strong marketing professional to support our advisor community and home office team through the delivery of effective marketing campaigns, tools, and programs. At rennie, advisors are real estate professionals who operate their own businesses in partnership with our brokerages. This role works closely with them to support how they market themselves, their listings, and their services – while also delivering corporate-level campaigns and initiatives. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role with a strong service component. You’ll plan, execute, and advise on multi‑channel marketing campaigns; consult with advisors on their marketing skills and initiatives; and deliver events and programs that drive advisor engagement & recruitment, and brand visibility. NOTE – This is not a social media‑only role: we’re looking for demonstrated success delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable results. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support advisors in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and direct mail. Provide clear, practical guidance on campaign approach, content, and channel selection. Review advisor marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Execute corporate marketing campaigns and programs, including coordinating creative, vendors, timelines, and budgets. Plan and deliver corporate events and initiatives, including marketing, communications, and on‑site coordination. Conduct outreach to prospective advisors following campaigns and events, and coordinate next steps with brokerage leadership. Develop and maintain marketing templates, tools, and resources that improve campaign quality and consistency. Develop and deliver advisor learning sessions, workshops, digital‑first training, and marketing resources. Track campaign and program performance, using data to improve future execution. WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of progressive marketing experience delivering campaigns and programs with measurable results. Experience advising stakeholders or clients on marketing approach, campaign planning, and execution. Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and print. Experience owning campaign execution end‑to‑end, including coordinating creative partners, vendors, timelines, and budgets. Strong content instincts, with experience developing marketing materials that drive engagement and/or lead generation. Comfortable advising stakeholders or clients on campaign approach and execution. Experience using marketing data and performance metrics to improve outcomes. Confident presenting marketing plans, tools, or recommendations to a range of audiences. WORKING CONDITIONS Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano and this role is primarily office‑based with some flexibility to work remotely. Occasional travel to rennie offices and event locations required. Valid BC driver’s license required, with the ability to travel between locations as needed. Flexibility in working hours is required, including occasional evenings and weekends to support events and initiatives. SALARY INFORMATION The typical base salary for this specific position is from $83,000 to $93,000. The salary offered is based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors including education, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and organizational needs.
